NowPow Names Stacey Nevara as Head of Customer Success
CHICAGO, October 14, 2019 — NowPow, a Personalized Community Referral platform to support Whole Person Care, is pleased to welcome Stacey Nevara as its new head of customer success. Stacey has more than 20 years of experience in building relationships with customers.
Most recently, Stacey spent nine years as vice president of client relations with Interactive Health, a workplace wellness provider. While there, she led an 80-person client experience team accountable for 3,000 clients and 1 million participants served annually, representing $99 million in revenue. Stacey developed and executed strategic plans to achieve client success, retention, and revenue growth.

Stacey holds a degree in physiology and business administration from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant. She lives in Oak Park, Ill., with her family.
